About the Moderator

Catherine L. Rhodes has superior legal expertise in matters involving bonus disputes, failure to pay compensation, wrongful termination, defamation, whistle-blowing, harassment, and slander as well as gender, age, race, and disability discrimination.

With over 25 years of experience in securities and employment law, she designs effective strategies that secure positive and creative outcomes for her clients. Over the course of her career, she has built relationships with established litigators to champion her cases if the matter needs to be taken to the next level.

She specializes in advising employees behind the scenes as well as negotiating executive compensation and severance agreements.

Her clients, who come from a wide range of industries, including financial services and entertainment, often refer to her as their advisor and confidant. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in History from Stanford University, a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, and professional certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She lives in Los Angeles, with her family and two dogs, and is an accomplished ceramic artist and teacher.
