Description: Workplace complaints rarely arrive neatly labeled “employment law issue.” A single allegation involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, or whistleblower activity can quickly create legal exposure, operational disruption, and litigation risk. For attorneys who do not regularly practice employment law, knowing how, and when, to properly launch a workplace investigation is critical. This practical, California-focused presentation will provide attorneys with the foundational tools and legal framework necessary to confidently advise clients and organizations when workplace complaints arise.
