Mark L. Tseselsky
Mark Tseselsky grew up in the former Soviet Union. Only half-jokingly, Mark likes to say that dealing with social workers reminds him of his Communist homeland. At the same time, Mark is happily married to a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, so he does not have to go far to get the social worker’s perspective. As a juvenile dependency attorney, it makes him a better advocate. Mark sees his role as part advocate and part counselor, helping his clients get through dark times.
Mark obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2004. While at Loyola, Mark concentrated on obtaining practical trial experience. As a law student, he conducted preliminary hearings as part of the District Attorney Externship. Mark was also active in Jewish Law Students Association. In 2005, Mark joined Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. Mark’s focus was family law and juvenile dependency. In September of 2012, Mark launched a boutique law firm focused on helping clients with their family law and juvenile dependency issues.
Mark is active throughout the legal community. From 2015 through 2018, he was President of the Culver Marina Bar Association. Mark is currently a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association and Eastern European Bar Association.
