About the Moderator
Anthony “Mic” McClaren litigates pre and post judgement enforcement matters. If a client has an active civil litigation matter and wants to protect its judgment, Anthony can help with this pre enforcement matter. Further, if a client has obtained a judgment (through default, arbitration award, or trial award), and now seeks to obtain its money judgment, Anthony can help.
