Mason Rashtian's core values are family and justice. As the eldest child, he served as the head of the household in his family starting from a young age. That experience shaped Mason's strong desire and need to take care of family and help others. Mason was inspired to become a lawyer in high school. He then chose an undergraduate degree in psychology because he wanted to better understand people and enhance his natural affinity for empathy. Today, Mason believes his law firm’s success comes from his ability to be empathetic, and Mason's experience helps him understand diverse personality traits and relate to his clients. Mason's pursuit of justice is rooted in a deep commitment to making what is wrong right and winning the battle against the bad guys. He is a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce. Mason is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
