About the Moderator

In practice since 2007, Lisa Aminnia assists clients in drafting Wills, Trusts, and other Estate Planning documents, as well as with post-death administration, property agreements and business entity matters. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from UCLA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the nationally acclaimed Dispute Resolution Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award.
Lisa is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association and San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She is also an active member of TEN (The Esquire Network) and JNet. She is a Notary Public and also acts as Vice President of Pointer Corporation, a local software consulting company.
In her spare time, Lisa loves spending time with her two adorable nephews, cooking, and taking various exercise and dance classes.

About Our Host

David Bobroksy is a Shareholder in the Personal Injury Practice Group at the Law Firm of Lewitt Hackman Shapiro Marshall & Harlan (“Lewitt Hackman”). David represents individuals who have suffered injuries and damages as the result of another’s negligence. Whether he is assisting people who have been injured themselves or family members of wrongful death victims, David pursues claims aggressively through trial or obtains fair settlements when it makes the most sense for the client. David’s firm, Lewitt Hackman, has the strength and financial power to take on the biggest defendants.
David is married with two children, and spent more than ten years coaching youth basketball and baseball.
