Biography
- I am a Spanish speaking Immigration attorney with my own practice since June, 2003.
- I do not charge for consultations because I believe the community needs answers without having to give up feeding their family.
- I do asylum cases for recent arrivals in Immigration Court as well as appeals up to the Ninth Circuit of Appeals.
- Citizenship and adjustment of status and consular processing are also a large part of my practice.
- I also represent people who have suffered domestic violence or are victims of crime and unaccompanied minors in obtaining a Special Juvenile Immigrant Visa, then permanent residency and finally citizenship.
- I speak at schools, churches and groups to give information.
