Josh Kluewer is a highly skilled litigator with over a decade’s experience in complex commercial litigation. Josh’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial debt collection, judgment enforcement litigation, creditors’ rights litigation, and fraudulent transfer litigation.
Earlier in his career, Josh was a litigator at Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP, one of the nation’s most sophisticated law firms focused primarily on commercial litigation. At Kasowitz, Josh worked with a team of lawyers that obtained a nine-figure settlement against a multitude of the nation’s largest, and most well-represented banks. Subsequently, Josh was a litigator at Weisbrod Matteis & Copley PLLC, one of Washington D.C.’s premier litigation boutiques. At WMC, Josh developed strategies and ran litigations that caused multiple judgment debtors in China to pay millions of dollars in judgment debts in the United States.
Josh obtained his law degree in 2006 from the University of Chicago Law School, one of the nation’s best law schools. Josh obtained his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 2001, where he graduated Magna cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
