Biography
Josh Kluewer is a highly skilled litigator with over fifteen years’ experience in commercial litigation. Josh’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights litigation, commercial debt collection, judgment enforcement litigation, commercial litigation, creditors’ claims in bankruptcy, and fraudulent transfer litigation.
Josh received his law degree in 2006 from the University of Chicago Law School, one of the nation’s best law schools. Josh received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 2001, where he graduated Magna cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Earlier in his career, Josh was a litigator at Weisbrod Matteis & Copley PLLC and at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP.
