Jack M. LaPedis graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, in 1995. While at Pepperdine, he was a Member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. LaPedis has been admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of California and in the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of the United States District Courts. Previously, Mr. LaPedis graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
Mr. LaPedis has substantial trial and appellate experience and handles all areas of litigation, with an emphasis real estate and business disputes. He also handles matters of general liability, premises liability, complex business litigation, construction claim litigation, and the defense of many forms of professional malpractice claims.
Jack, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a Southern California resident since the mid-1980’s, is a published computer hardware reviewer, a proud Apple Fanboy, enjoys playing weekly basketball games and coaching his son’s basketball teams, and is a lifetime fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors.
