Mr. Olson’s areas of emphasis are in civil business and business litigation, probate litigation, commercial transactions and complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Olson graduated from Pomona College (1962), and Harvard Law School (1965), and was a teaching fellow at Stanford Law School (1965-66). He was Los Angeles County Deputy County Counsel, Schools Division 1968-69 and a senior partner of Halstead, Baker & Olson; he joined the firm in 1969 and became a partner is 1971.
