Biography

Diane E. Wolf is an experienced California family law attorney. For couples seeking a divorce, she offers mediation services to help them arrive at a settlement agreement, and litigation services for those wishing individual representation. She drafts and negotiates premarital, post-marital and cohabitation agreements.

As both a California family law attorney and marriage and family therapist, she guides her clients through every step of the process, providing them with the individual attention, support and legal expertise they need, acting as a zealous advocate in litigation, and a neutral party in mediation.

Diane E. Wolf graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with an AB in modern European history. She was on the dean’s list at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, receiving a JD in 1986. She has an MA in marriage and family therapy.

Whether helping a client move through the divorce process or providing guidance for a premarital or post-marital agreement, her background as both a family law attorney and marriage and family therapist is invaluable in achieving goals in those difficult arenas.

Diane E. Wolf is an active member of the LA. County Bar, Family Law Section. She is on the advisory counsel of OPICA, an organization serving aging adults with memory loss, and was previously on that organization’s Board of Directors. She has served on the board of directors of her Santa Monica homeowners’ association for several years.
