Benjamin Taylor

Benjamin Taylor has substantial experience litigating various civil matters, including commercial, employment and real estate cases, and general business disputes. Ben’s experience in business litigation includes a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, fraud claims, intellectual property cases, commercial and retail banking matters, and mechanics’ lien and stop notice claims. He has represented clients in state and federal court throughout California.

Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Ben was an associate with the downtown Los Angeles firm of Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian. During law school, he was a judicial extern with the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, and clerked for a business litigation firm in Century City.

A Los Angeles native, Ben graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara summa cum laude in 2000 with a B.A. in political science. He received his JD from UCLA School of Law in 2005. While at UCLA, he was a staff member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
