Jeremy has been practicing family law on an exclusive basis for over 17 years. He has represented numerous high profile clients, guiding them through dissolutions of marriages and domestic partnerships, custody, child support, spousal/partner support, division of assets in cases with complex financial issues, attorney’s fees, and premarital/postnuptial agreements.

Jeremy received a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School and a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. As part of his undergraduate program, he spent a year abroad in England at Leeds University.

He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Family Law Section. Jeremy is on the Board of Governors of the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of L.A., and he is a Co-Chair to the Social Networking Committee and sits on the MCLE Committee and Gala Committee. Jeremy has volunteered his time as a Daily Settlement Officer and subsequently as a Volunteer Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, sharing his expertise with parties hoping to settle their cases out of court. Jeremy completed the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas. He also moderated “Marriage Equality vs. Divorce Equality,” a panel for the Family Law Symposium that detailed the impact on same-sex couples of the U.S. Supreme Court’s marriage equality ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges (2015) 135 S. Ct. 2584.

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys traveling, reading, and connecting with friends and family. He also strives to give back to the community. For example, he has participated three times in the AIDS/LifeCycle charity bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, benefiting the Los Angeles LGBT Center for which he raised over $35,000.
