Our speakers are:

Sevan Gorginian, a bankruptcy attorney specializing in only personal and business bankruptcies. He assists individuals and businesses that are struggling financially to get a fresh start. He has helped clients discharge over $3 million dollars in debts and taxes and save numerous homes and businesses from foreclosures. He also assists debtor’s discharge private student loans too. He teaches bankruptcy and business law at CSUN, Glendale University College of Law and Glendale Community College. His office is in Glendale. Any bankruptcy related matters, he’s always available by phone to discuss solutions with you by simply calling him.

Liran Aliav is the founder and principal attorney at Aliav Law, APC. Liran received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) degree from Loyola Law School. Liran has been designated a Super Lawyer Rising Star 5-years in a row by California Super Lawyers Magazine and has recently been a panelist at the Professional Fiduciary Association of California Educational Conference. Liran helps families avoid unnecessary fees and taxes by avoiding court procedures upon death or incapacity. Liran also helps protect clients from frivolous lawsuits in the future by engaging in asset protection strategies, which includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, corporate structures, and privacy structures.

Gary Bitton is a tax attorney and certified public accountant (CPA). Prior to founding Greenberg Bitton LLP, Mr. Bitton was a senior state and local tax (SALT) consultant at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Bitton has represented countless companies and individuals for a variety of federal, state and local matters, including, but not limited to, income and franchise tax, as well as sales and use tax matters. Mr. Bitton holds an LLM in taxation and a JD from Loyola Law School, as well as an MBA and BS in accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Gary uses his extensive education and experience across various financial roles and industries to provide his clients with a comprehensive approach to their tax matters.
