Mark L. Tseselsky grew up in the former Soviet Union. Only half-jokingly, Mark likes to say that dealing with social workers reminds him of his Communist homeland. At the same time, Mark is happily married to a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Marsha helps people who are dying or chronically ill, but she has the same training as all social workers do. So Mark does not have to go far to get the social worker’s perspective. It makes him a better advocate.

Mark is also passionate about representing his clients in family law cases. He is a good listener. Mark sees his role as part advocate, but counselor. Mark will help you get through the dark times.

Mark is active in his community. Mark is part of Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Community Leadership Institute, Russian-Jewish Leadership Track, 2014-2015. Mark was President of Culver Marina Bar Association 2015-2018. Mark is a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association and Eastern European Bar Association.

Mark graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor of Arts in History, High Honors. Mark spent his Junior Year Abroad in England where he focused on modern British history. His Senior Honors Thesis on modern Britain earned him the nomination for the A. Russell Buchanan Award, which is given to graduating seniors for superior scholarship. Mark was selected as the Commencement Speaker (Humanities) in 1999.

Mark obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2004. While at Loyola, Mark concentrated on obtaining practical trial experience. As a law student, he conducted preliminary hearings as part of the District Attorney Externship. Mark was also active in Jewish Law Students Association.

In 2005, Mark joined Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. Mark’s focus was family law and juvenile dependency.

In September of 2012, Mark launched a boutique law firm focused on helping clients with their family law and juvenile dependency issues.
