My practice focuses on four primary areas: (1) mergers and acquisitions, (2) securities and financing transactions, (3) business formation and structuring, and (4) commercial contracts.
As a small-business lawyer coming from a big-firm background, I help entrepreneurs build their empires and protect their interests, while charging fees they can live with—in many cases on a flat-fee basis.
I am a co-founder of a technology startup and an honorably discharged US Army veteran. A graduate of Notre Dame Law School and Temple University’s Fox School of Business, I am licensed to practice law in California and New York, and am an alumnus of top New York City law firms and one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
On a personal note, I am happily married to an amazing wife, and I am a dog lover, a closet poet, an oenophile and cerevisaphile, a (retired) open-water swimmer, marathoner and Ironman triathlete, and the proud papa of a standard poodle named Atticus.
