As a criminal defense attorney, Kevin has represented everyone from former NBA players and celebrities, to teachers, comedians, nurses, poets, and contractors. He treats every client with the utmost respect and kindness, and is always available to discuss your case.
Before opening up his own criminal defense law practice, Kevin prosecuted cases for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Kevin’s investigatory skills and stellar trial record as a prosecutor gained him a respected reputation among his peers and colleagues in the legal community. Cities such as Beverly Hills, Culver City, Agoura Hills, Downey, Bellflower, Cudahy, Barstow, Huntington Park, San Marino, South Gate, and Bell Gardens, have all sought out Kevin’s creative thinking and innovative legal techniques to specially prosecute cases on their behalf, which he did so successfully.
Kevin has clerked with the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office during and after law school. As a Certified Law Clerk in law school, Kevin conducted over a dozen preliminary hearings, researched, authored, and argued dozens of procedural and evidentiary motions, and second-chaired felony trials.
Kevin graduated from Southwestern Law School’s prestigious 2-year accelerated SCALE program, one of the few 2-year programs in the country. At Southwestern Law School, Kevin received the Dean’s Merit Award and the B.E. Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, served as an editor for the highly regarded Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law, and as Treasurer of the Student Mediation Association. Kevin was also a very active member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP), where he competed in numerous regional and national mock trial competitions and received the Senior Advocate of the Year award for his contributions to the program.
As an undergraduate at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business, Kevin excelled both in the classroom and out. He was on the Dean’s List, as well as the co-founder and Vice President of the Student Martial Arts Club. He was also the play-by-play announcer for the school’s Division III basketball team, and senior member of Yeshiva University’s Mock Trial team.
Currently, Kevin serves as the Vice President of the South Robertson Neighborhoods Council, and is a mock trial coach for Southwestern Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program.
