Mr. Ascencio has deposed hundreds of physicians, nurses, hospital staff and experts in complicated cases and strives to distill complex medical issues into simple concepts which juries can digest. Over his career, Mr. Ascencio’s knowledge of the law and medicine has enabled his deserving clients and their families to secure numerous multi-million settlements and verdicts.
Mr. Ascencio is fluent in Spanish, his native language, and is particularly proud of his Hispanic heritage.
