Anton C. Swain-Gil

Anton C. Swain-Gil is an associate with Freeburg & Granieri, APC.

Prior to joining Freeburg and Granieri, APC, Anton was an associate at an employment litigation firm serving clients throughout California. He also worked as a Deputy Legislative Counsel for the California Office of Legislative Counsel.

Anton brings his passion for client service and a results-oriented approach to the firm. He has experience in a variety of employment matters and has litigated individual and class-based claims concerning wage-and-hour disputes, as well as claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

When he is not working, Anton enjoys gardening, spending time with his family and pets, and exploring California’s coast.

Anton is licensed to practice in all courts in California.
