With over twenty-five years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer, Anne Garrett has conducted numerous workplace investigations at worksites ranging from large public agencies and Fortune 100 companies to smaller non-profits and family-owned businesses in areas such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, fraud, and other areas of legal compliance. She has participated in the investigative process from multiple vantage points: as an investigator; as a lead investigator overseeing a team; and as acting company counsel managing investigations by internal and external investigators. On a pro bono basis, Ms. Garrett has worked with domestic violence survivors for over a decade. She received the Los Angeles County Bar Association Award for Outstanding Public Service in 2016.
Netta Grutman is the Managing Partner and Attorney Investigator at Grutman Law. She brings over a decade of experience in law to her workplace and campus investigations and trainings. Netta's soft-spoken yet deliberate approach to investigations allows complainants and respondents to feel assured that their matter is being handled with adequate care. Netta produces timely and meticulous reports. She uses her legal knowledge and investigative experience to tailor her approach in each case, as each case presents unique challenges.
