Speaker Bio
David Habib represents U.S. and foreign clients in connection with a wide range of commercial, real property and international trade related matters, International Commercial Arbitrations, and complex business litigation. Prior to entering private practice, David first served several years as Staff Counsel to what is now Saudi Aramco with responsibility for billions of dollars in infrastructure projects, and compliance with US and foreign regulatory schemes. He next served over ten years handling trading and project management transactions for a consortium of international companies doing business in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, China, and Mexico,facilitating approximately 100 million dollars in US exports.
