Topic: Medical Malpractice by Bradley Kramer

Description: This presentation will provide attendees with a comprehensive but basic understanding of medical malpractice law in California, including the MICRA statutes, which govern all medical malpractice cases in California.

Speaker Bio: Bradley I. Kramer is one of very few attorneys in California who is both a lawyer and a medical doctor. Since 2004, Dr. Kramer has focused his practice on high stakes complex litigation of all kinds, but beginning in 2009, Dr. Kramer's focus shifted to almost exclusively representing patients in complex or catastrophic medical malpractice cases. In the course of his career, Dr. Kramer has recovered over $100 million for his clients, and he has been named to SuperLawyers every year from 2014 to the present. He is a member of ABOTA, which is the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation only organization of the nation’s top trial lawyers. His results and articles have been published in Los Angeles Times, the Daily Journal, and others, and while he has appeared several times on TV in connection with his representation of high profile celebrity clients, 99% of his practice revolved around representing normal everyday folks who simply haven’t been treated appropriately by medical professionals. His principal office is in Beverly Hills, but he handles cases throughout California.
