This month, we have a special MCLE presentation given by TEN’s own Richard Weissman. Rich will be speaking about receiverships. What is a receiver? A receiver is a neutral fiduciary appointed by the court, both state and federal, to take control and possession of businesses and real and personal property involved in contentious litigation for the purposes of preserving and maintaining the assets pending the conclusion of the litigation or special proceedings. Find out more and join us for a great presentation!

Description: We’ll be hiking the Escondido Falls Trail at Escondido Canyon Park (27751 Pacific Coast Hwy Malibu, CA 90265).
The Escondido Falls Trail in Escondido Canyon Park is an easy hike 3.7-mile out-and-back; it takes an average of 1 h 37 min to complete. This is one of the most popular hiking trails near Malibu. That’s why we are making it early so we can find parking easier. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
You can park on the Pacific Coast Highway near Winding Way or look for the parking lot. To get there Take I – 10 freeway west to the PCH. Head towards Malibu and make a right turn onto Winding Way. Park in the lot and follow the trail signs. The parking area is right off the Pacific Coast Highway and the trailhead is just across from Escondido Beach. There is a paved road leading to the parking lot and a $12 fee to park in the small lot.
